WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Design of highly available and scalable cloud architectures in the IoT context
- Design of architectures for the development of data processing environments
- Analysis and conceptual design of high-performance and secure interfaces for the connection and integration of assets into the cloud platform
- Technical leadership of development teams for the technical implementation of the outlined solutions
- Modelling and documentation of the outlined solutions according to established standards
- Definition and support of cloud-based projects within the network framework of Rheinmetall

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in computer science or comparable training with corresponding professional experience
- Several years of project experience in the cloud environment
- Initial experience in supporting development teams in the technical implementation of scalable cloud architectures and the associated tools, technologies and processes (CI/CD, Git, Docker)
- Competence in modelling data structures (UML) and designing classic databases (POSTgreSQL)
- Knowledge of standardised interfaces (REST, Sockets) and message protocols (AMQP, MQTT)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity in the cloud context (network and infrastructure security, endpoint security, data protection and encryption) is advantageous
- Very good written and spoken English
- Independent and self-reliant way of working as well as distinct ability to work in a team
