Auftrag der dena ist es, einen Beitrag zum Gelingen der Energiewende zu leisten. Als Kompetenzzentrum für angewandte Energiewende und Klimaschutz unterstützt sie die Bundesregierung beim Erreichen ihrer energie
- und klimapolitischen Ziele. Dafür bringt sie Partner aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und allen Teilen der Gesellschaft zusammen. National und international entwickelt die dena Lösungen für Klimaneutralität und setzt diese in die Praxis um.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Werden Sie Teil der Stabsstelle Politik, Strategie & Grundsatzfragen (PSG): Sie tragen in spannenden Projekten zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Energiewende und zur Erreichung der Klimaziele bei. Sie arbeiten mit großer Eigenverantwortung in einem jungen, smarten Team. Und Sie entwickeln durch Ihre Arbeit bei uns Ihre eigene Expertise weiter und knüpfen darüber hinaus hochrangige Kontakte in die Energie
- und Klimapolitik, die Zivilgesellschaft sowie die Energiewirtschaft und andere Branchen.Im Zentrum Ihrer Arbeit im dynamischen Themenfeld "Carbon Management" sind die Aktivitäten um den Aufbau einer CO2-Kreislaufwirtschaft mit ganzheitlicher Betrachtung der Kreisläufe von der CO2-Quelle (biogen, atmosphärisch oder durch Abscheidung) über den Transport bis zur Verwendung oder Speicherung. Das Themenfeld hat Schnittstellen mit den verschiedenen Sektoren, etwa bei Fragen der CO2-Abscheidung in der Industrie, der Reduktion oder Kreislaufführung von CO2- intensiven Baumaterialien im Gebäudesektor und der Zukunft von kohlenstoffhaltigen Energieträgern im Verkehrssektor. Das Themenfeld Carbon Management beschäftigt sich zudem mit Fragen der Negativemisssionen (Carbon Dioxide Removal) für Klimaneutralität. Ihre Aufgaben hierbei sind insbesondere:
- Umsetzung von Projektvorhaben zu regulatorischen, wirtschaftlichen und technologischen Aspekten der Energiewende
- Konzeption und Erstellung von Analysen und die Auswertung von politischen und marktwirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen in den o.g. Themenfeldern
- Erarbeitung von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen, Präsentationen, Projekt
- und Fachberichten
- Fachvorträge bei Veranstaltungen sowie Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Diskussionsformaten
- Eigenständige Planung und Koordination von Arbeitsprozessen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Themenfeldes, dem Aufbau von neuem Wissen, inkl. Daten und Fakten und Methoden
- Entwicklung und Akquisition neuer Projekte
Die Stelle ist in Teil
- oder Vollzeit (mind. 30h/Woche) zu besetzen und zunächst befristet für zwei Jahre mit der Option der dauerhaften Übernahme.**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Natur
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechts
- oder Politikwissenschaften, idealerweise mit einem energiebezogenen Schwerpunkt sowie erste Berufserfahrungen in einem internationalen Kontext
- Fundiertes Wissen zu den Herausforderungen und Akteuren der Energiewende, insbesondere zu systemischen Fragestellungen im deutschen und europäischen Kontext
- Gutes Verständnis für politische, wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge und Dynamiken und können wichtige Fragen identifizieren
- Affinität für technische Inhalte und gleichzeitig ein sicheres Sprachgefühl sowie Freude am Verfassen von Texten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Chinesischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Organisationsgeschick und versierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
