**» Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Luft
- und Seefracht Geschäfts am Bremer Markt und für den Ausbau der Branch in enger Abstimmung mit dem Gateway Bremen
- Du übernimmst die Teamleitung des Bremer Luftfracht Teams mit disziplinarischer Berichtslinie an den Area Manager Bremen / Ostfriesland und fachlichen Berichtslinie an die A&S Produktmanager DE
- Du begleitest und entwickelst unserer Kunden, dazu übernimmst Du die Sicherstellung und die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessabläufen
- Dir obliegt die Kontrolle und die Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlusszahlen
- Du bist zuständig für die Überwachung der KPIs und Maßnahmenentwicklung zur Förderung der Produktivität
- Darüber hinaus bist Du Ansprechpartner für den Vertrieb und die Operative und bist in enger Abstimmung mit den Produktbereichen
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, bist Du auch selber aktiv im Verkaufsgebiet PLZ 26-28 und umtriebig am Markt

- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung in der operativen Luft
- und Seefracht, hier liegt der Schwerpunkt in der SEA Entwicklung
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in der Führung und Förderung von Mitarbeiter*innen
- Dich zeichnet eine hohe Vertriebsaffinität und Kundenorientierung aus, zudem bringst Du Herzblut und Start-up Mentalität mit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und der sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen sind für Dich Dein tägliches Brot
- Deine Fähigkeit zum Problemlösen und systematischem Handeln sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab
