**Your responsibilities**:

- 2nd and 3rd level support, bugfixes.
- Installation, modification, removal and repair of middleware products.
- Incident, Disruption, Problem and Change Management: operating procedures & conceptualization of technical solution design.
- Operation through the required phases: including test, integration, production.
- Customizing and development of the middleware products.
- Test operation and test support.
- Project-related services for the introduction, migration and updating as well as the operation, configuration and customizing of middleware topics.

**Your profile**:

- Fluent English, German is an advantage.
- Experience in incident, disruption, problem and change management.
- Experience in monitoring products for current patches, implementing patch automation and managing the rollout of patches according to regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD tools, especially Ansible.
- Knowledge of Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, IBM Websphere, Docker.
- Know-how of automation frameworks and container technologies.
