We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Operator to join our team at a growing oilfield tools company in Soltau, Germany. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in producing precision components using manual lathe machinery.

**Requirements**:

- Good German and English language skills.
- Proven experience as a Manual Lathe Operator.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Skilled in machine setup and adjustment.
- Experience in cutting API connections.
- Proven ability to rework API connections with mínimal supervision.
- Skilled in operating a manual lathe.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
