**#Jobwithpurpose**:Als Marketing Intern (all genders) erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in die Abläufe und Prozesse eines motivierten Marketing-Teams in einem Startup. Du wirst viel neues dazu lernen, da du nicht nur unser Marketing-Team unterstützt, sondern auch deine eigenen Projekte und Themen vorantreibst.
**#Teamwithempathy**: Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Associate Director Marketing & Communications zusammen und hast Schnittstellen zu dem Sales und Strategy Team. Deine aktive Beteiligung an allen Marketing
- und PR-Projekten ist von großer Bedeutung.

**DEINE MISSION**:

- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Content wie Blog-Beiträgen, Infografiken und Fachartikeln, einschließlich Übersetzungen, Workflow, Design und Veröffentlichung.
- Du unterstützt unsere Social-Media-Aktivitäten auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, Facebook und Instagram.
- Du hilfst bei der Organisation und Nachbereitung von Webinaren mit, einschließlich E-Mail-Kampagnen, Bildmaterial, Feedback-Umfragen und Auswertungen.
- Du unterstützt unsere PR-Aktivitäten, identifizierst neue Kontakte und Influencer und sammelst Erwähnungen von Climedo, um den Erfolg zu messen.
- Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Website bei.
- Du verfolgst und bereitest wöchentliche Kennzahlen auf allen Kanälen für das interne Reporting vor.
- Bei Bedarf hilfst du bei täglichen Marketingaufgaben aus.

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du bist in den finalen Zügen deines BWL- oder Marketing-Studiums und hast idealerweise schon erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Startup sammeln können.
- Du bist kreativ und hast ein Auge für (gutes) Design. Gleichzeitig hast du aber auch ein analytisches Mindset und arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen.
- Du bist strukturiert, organisiert und kannst eigenständig arbeiten.
- Du hast bereits eine grobes Verständnis darüber, wie die ideale Customer Journey in einem B2B Umfeld aussieht.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
