Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Wellendichtungslösungen für Turbomaschinen der Zukunftsmärkte wie grüne Wasserstoff
- oder sCO2-Kreislaufprozesse
- Projektmanagement für die Produktentwicklung und Automatisierung des Entwurfsprozesses
- Erstellung von intelligenten Baukastensystemen für Dichtungsbaureihen
- Weiterentwicklung von gas
- und flüssigkeitsgeschmierten Gleitringdichtungen für Turbokompressoren, Schraubenkompressoren, Turbinen und Pumpen
- Implementierung von Sensortechnik in Wellendichtungslösungen und Entwicklung von Auslegungsstrategien
- Technische Unterstützung bei der Ursachenanalyse
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, der Mechatronik, der Strömungsmechanik, der Feinwerktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Hochschulausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von Entwicklungsprojekten wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit einem 3D-CAD-Programm
- Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Turbomaschinen, Dichtungstechnik wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Softwareprogrammierung wünschenswert
- Teamfähigkeit und ein offenes, kommunikatives Wesen mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
