**Why we need you**:
As our client base is expanding rapidly in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region and the number of training sessions we facilitate is continuously growing, we’re looking for Leadership/Soft Skill Trainers to facilitate delightful, actionable, and relevant training sessions.

Our extensive Power Skill training catalogue consists of Taking Ownership, Storytelling, Empowering Leadership, Collaboration & Influence, Analytical Thinking, Diversity & Inclusion, Intentional Learning, and Resilience.

We’re looking for German-speaking Freelance Trainers with expertise in, and delivering D&I trainings to various audiences, ranging from young professionals to first-time leaders working in various industries.

**What you’ll achieve in your first year**:

- You will facilitate high quality and high impact training sessions for our learners and clients in various Power Skills

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3+ years experience in Facilitation and/or Corporate Training
- 2+ years experience in people management role (lead) in the following areas: project management, change management, sales, HR, business development, marketing, strategy, operations or consulting in a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
- Proven expertise in Diversity & Inclusion and Unconscious Bias
- Experience in engaging both young professionals and first time leaders
- Experience in facilitating online sessions
- Fluent in English and German.
- Corporate acting experience is a plus
