**Werkstudent Retail Excellence/Sales Operations (m/w/d) - Hamburg**
PANDORA ist eine globale Brand - die Ländergruppen DACH, BENELUX und NORDICS werden dabei über das Cluster Northern Europe in den Kanälen Physical Stores, eCom und Multibrand Wholesale gesteuert.
Für unser Headoffice im Zentrum von Hamburg suchen wir dich als Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Retail Excellence / Sales Operations, welcher die vertriebliche Steuerung von 230 Stores sowie den zugehörigen Field-Teams und Sales Managern auf strategischer und operativer Ebene verantwortet.

- Du unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft das Retail Excellence und Sales-Operations Team.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Reportings zu relevanten Performance-KPIs, erstellst eigene Analysen zur Verbesserung unserer Vertriebseffizienz und visualisierst Ergebnisse in Form von Präsentationen.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig kleinere Projekte und steuerst Hintergrundprozesse, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf in unseren Stores sicherzustellen.
- Du gehst in die direkte Kommunikation mit den Regional Sales Managern, Store-Teams und Abteilungen wie Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance oder HR.

- Ein aktuelles Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem bzw. analytischem Schwerpunkt (wie bspw. BWL, VWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder anderweitig Management-bezogene Fachrichtung.
- Du kannst 15-20 Stunden pro Woche aufbringen und bist idealerweise montags verfügbar, um bei der Zusammenstellung der wöchentlichen Trade
- und KPI-Reportings zu unterstützen.
- Neben Spaß an der Teamarbeit verfügst du über eine gewisse Zahlenaffinität und logisches Denkvermögen.
- Du legst eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise an den Tag, zeichnest dich durch deine proaktive Kommunikation aus und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint (Kenntnisse in Pivot und Multiple-Criteria-Formula sind von Vorteil).
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und insbesondere Englisch.
