Seit 2021 gehört das Haus zur Marriott International Familie.
Gelegen mitten im Herzen Berlins, zwischen Ku'Damm und Brandenburger Tor, bietet das Hotel, neben 500 Gästezimmern und Suiten, Meeting

- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für Dein Technikteam inkl. Dienst-, Bereitschafts
- und Urlaubsplanung
- Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner bei technischen Herausforderungen
- Täglich teilst Du Dein Team ein, kontrollierst die Fortschritte und stehst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
- Für Fremdfirmen bist Du die direkte Kontaktperson
- Im Bereich Sicherheit und Brandschutz kennst Du Dich hervorragend aus
- Du unterstützt den Director of Engineering bei allen Projekten und Aufgaben und bist im Hotel durch Deine hilfsbereite und pragmatische Art als echter Problemlöser bekannt
- Du bist für die Anlagentechnik, die Instandhaltung der Gebäudestruktur und des gesamten FF&E mitverantwortlich
- Du behältst den Energieverbrauch im Auge und bringst Vorschläge ein, um diesen stets zu senken
- Du bist für die Gewährleistung der Gebäudesicherheit mitverantwortlich und hast hier das Wohl und die Sicherheit der Mitarbeitenden und Gäste stets im Blick
- Der Brandschutz mit allen Facetten unterliegt ebenfalls Deiner Verantwortung
- Du leitest fachlich das gesamte Technikteam und arbeitest eng mit allen anderen Hotelbereichen zusammen
- Du ermöglichst neuen Teammitgliedern eine professionelle Einarbeitung, Weiterbildung und eine motivierende Arbeitsatmosphäre
- Du begleitest uns aktiv mit kreativen Ideen, um unsere Gäste zu begeistern
- Du pflegst die enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Hotel-Team im Zeichen von "OneTeam-OneDream"
- Einarbeitung und Beurteilung neuer MitarbeiterInnen sowie Auszubildender bereiten Dir Freude
- Vorstellungsgespräche, um neue Talente für Dein Team zu finden
- Aktive Teilnahme an Abteilungsmeetings

**SHOW US YOUR TALENTS**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Handwerk
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Haustechnik mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Netzwerker der produktiv mit Fremdfirmen aller Gewerke, Lieferanten und KollegenInnen zusammenarbeitet
- Dein stark ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und dein hoher Anspruch zeigen sich bei allem, was Du tust
