We are currently looking for a
**Lead Automotive Sales (M/F/d) OEM**
in a full-time assignment and based remotely in Germany, ideally near Wolfsburg.
As Lead of our Account Management Team, you will be responsible for all sales activities around our OEM client in Wolfsburg by guiding your team, managing high-ranking stakeholders at our client offices as well as internally liaise with our U.S. headquarter.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leadership and responsibility for the sales department consisting of sales force, key account management and internal sales
- Implementation of sales targets and contribution margin
- Active collaboration in business and budget planning as well as sole responsibility for sales planning
- Further development of sales controlling and establishment of relevant key figures
- Support, expansion, and optimization of customer relationships
- Conducting negotiations with customers
- Close collaboration with international Molex locations and departments
- Calculation, product, and project management
- Optimization of processes and further development of the team
**Your experience**:
- University degree in business, engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of sales AND leadership experience WITHIN the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2)
- Good technical grasp and a high level of perception of the economic feasibility of technical solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of ownership, track-record of creative, customer-oriented approach on eye-level with high-ranking stakeholders
- Motivating leader with hands-on mentality, analytical skills, and a high level of commitment
- Willingness to travel internationally/ be on-site at the client of up to 50%
- Advanced level of German and English language skills
