For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Buyer (M/F/d) Spirits**
Your new job includes
- As a buyer (M/F/d) of spirits, you will ensure partnership-based, long-term relationships with the suppliers and brands you support and ensure market-driven product ranges as well as optimal conditions in order to inspire our customers. In particular, you will- be responsible for a portfolio of international spirits brands
- lead negotiations with our international suppliers and thus ensure the improvement of conditions, pricing as well as partnership-based and long-term supplier relationships
- evaluate and optimize supplier structures with regard to costs, quality and performance
- carry out demand analyses and evaluations
- carry out trend analyses and competitive intelligence and visit relevant trade fairs and suppliers
- Work closely with our international and national sales, marketing and fulfillment departments.
What you should bring along
- A successfully completed degree in economics and/or a comparable successfully completed apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in purchasing or product management, ideally in international trade or in the industry
- A particular affinity for consumer goods - especially the spirits product group - and have market and brand knowledge
- An assertive personality who keeps a cool head even in a heavy workload, takes an analytical approach and has very good communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Business English skills, written and spoken
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ideally knowledge about SAP
