Your Responsibilities:
The Sales executive teams are at the forefront of our B2B relationships with our vast network of Brokers and demonstrate expert knowledge of our service and offerings on a daily basis. The responsibilities are as follows:

- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices for charter flights, considering optimal yield.
- Process ad-hoc charter requests generated through telephone inquiries or the websites.
- Engage in direct B2B contact with our international broker market.
- Build a customer network and manage customer relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding payment and quality management.
- Administer the processing of orders.
- Intermitent travel internationally to represent AIR HAMBURG.
- Coordinate with our scheduling team to effectively sell empty flights.
- Showcase a expert knowledge of our service and product.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Possess a completed vocational training or a university degree.
- German Speaking at Native or Business proficient level.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Have fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Be willing to work shifts and weekends.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Commitment to working on-site in our Hamburg office 5 days a week.
