Who we are
Are you an economics student looking for a working student / intern position and wanting to have a real impact on climate change? Then you are welcome to join STABL Energy company, which strives for sustainable energy use with its power conversion technology
Our goal is to increase the deployment of energy storage for renewable energy by setting a new standard for battery storage. With our easy-to-integrate technology, we improve battery storage systems in terms of design, safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and handling.
Tasks
What you will do
With your support we make the STABL technology known and spread our vision. Entering the market and the resulting rapidly growing turnover means constant, solution-oriented adaptation of work processes and the best possible automation in an environment without existing, encrusted structures.
Your duties include preparatory accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as documenting and preparing figures for funding grants. As we are active in both research and sales, the world of numbers is an exciting and interesting field of work.
- Your activities include (but are not limited to):_
- preparatory accounts receivable and payable accounting
- invoice verification
- account reconciliation
- communication with the tax office
- documentation (in accounting as well as internally) and preparation of figures and receipts for funding grants
- adapting and improving workflows with the best possible automation
You, as a Working Student - Finance, will work together with the finance team to ensure efficient financial management and financial control to support and develop our growth and all business activities.
The hierarchies are flat - but the learning curve is incomparably steep
You can quickly contribute your knowledge and creativity.
**Requirements**:
What you bring (experience & qualifications)
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student of business administration, finance/accounting or a comparable field of study
- Analytical skills, basics of accounting, understanding of databases and affinity for
numbers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and organized while also bringing great communication skills with a bit of humour within the company
- Structure thinking and detail-oriented team player with the motivation to
work proactively
- You are highly organized with superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Very good knowledge of German
- Optional: basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
