In this role, you will work with customer success management indicators and IT systems, will define a reporting structure, dashboard, and KPIs, and pull everything together to intelligently operate and work with our Customer Success Organization on all its SaaS products.

**How are you shaping the world of tomorrow? Challenging and future-oriented**
- Operational involvement in current and upcoming Program Management for Customer Success Management (CSM)
- Support implementing business reporting into CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Direct involvement in the support and further development of internally used Salesforce solutions
- Bridge the efforts between our operations, financial, and CSM team to develop regional CSM performance controlling
- Generate business-relevant reports and dashboards inside of our CRM solution
- Assist with identifying patterns in customer data and use them for data quality, data analytics, CSM success strategies
- Support CSMs with documentation and rollout of business process and metric definitions
**How do you become part of our team? With a lot of drive and passion**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or computer science, or equivalent interests
- Analytics, communication, and presentation skills (verbally / technically)
- Creative; structured and the ability to understand, evaluate, and analyze complex figures and processes
- Good command MS Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Work ethic toward change management and data-driven business decisions
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, MS SharePoint & SAP knowledge is a plus
