**Technical Customer Support (m/w/d)**

Die Position wird in Vollzeit und im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der Möglichkeit zur Übernahme besetzt.

**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:

- Betreuung und technische Beratung von Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Produkten
- Erfassen der Probleme und Ursachen
- Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung via Telefon, E-Mail oder im Chat
- Protokollführung der Anfragen und Vorgänge im CRM-System
- Erstellen von monatlichen Auswertungen zur Qualitätssicherung und Verbesserung des Services

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Technisches Verständnis, Geschicklichkeit mit CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheren Umgang mit dem MS-Office Programmpaket, vor allem mit Word und Excel
- Ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, Servicebereitschaft und Teamarbeit runden Ihr Profil ab
