**The Opportunity**:
As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a seasoned scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll move technical projects forward efficiently.
On our team, you’ll coach a development team to achieve its highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading-edge concepts, and provide highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders.
You'll serve as Scrum Coach managing day-to-day activities to achieve mission objectives. You'll facilitate team progress toward meeting team goals. You'll facilitate SAFe events to include Program Increment Planning Event, daily Scrum tag-ups, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demonstrations. You'll support government Product Owners ensuring timely knowledge transfer. You'll remove team delivery impediments to meet critical timelines. You'll promote SAFe quality practices. You'll also assist in building a high-performing team

**You Have**:
- 4+ years of experience in a scrum master role, leading Sprint Review and Planning events
- 4+ years of experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning
- 4+ years of experience leading multiple Scrum teams
- 4+ years of experience leading software development life cycle projects
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Knowledge of Agile tools Jira and Confluence
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
