Als International HR Business Partner (m/w/d) sind Sie der Dreh
- und Angelpunkt für unsere weltweiten Human Resources Aktivitäten für eine sehr wichtige interne Zielgruppe und spielen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Entwicklung der Mitarbeiterstrategien. Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit dem Senior Management.

Aufgaben
- Entwickeln und Implementierung von innovativen HR-Konzepten und -Strategien im internationalen Kontext
- Beratung von Führungskräften bei allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Begleitung von Change-Management Prozessen (Aufbau
- und Ablauforganisation)
- Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der HR-Kernprozesse in Zusammenarbeit Kollegen und Dienstleistern

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts
- Personalwissenschaften, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Business Partner im Bereich HR, in einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe
- Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Proaktive Art mit Lust und Energie für nachhaltige und moderne HR-Arbeit
