**About the role**:
As a member of the Retail Activation team, you will execute the strategy by implementing products’ campaigns, NPD launches and fixtures rollout.
You will also take accountabilities for the localization of assets for campaigns, events and fixtures’ refresh during the year which will be key to measure KPIs constantly to ensure investments generate positive returns.
We're looking for a dynamic professional to manage store evolution, enhance in-store customer experiences, and implement marketing campaigns across both direct and indirect retail channels. You'll also drive new product launches, coordinate consumer events, monitor competitors, and explore new offline opportunities to boost Dyson's physical presence while protecting our market leadership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage and pro-actively support with other duties as required whilst adopting Dyson behaviours and maintaining the German Retail Sales Identity.
- Execute retail activation strategies, ensuring product campaigns, NPD launches, and retail activities align with Dyson's standards and selective distribution criteria.
- Oversee in-store fixture rollouts and support the field team with temporary POP assets and materials.
- Localize and execute consumer events, direct retail weeks, and similar initiatives.
- Drive an excellent retail experience across all channels.
- Serve as a key point of contact for field teams and store managers in daily operations.
- Define and measure performance targets using KPIs, analyzing sell-out data, demonstrations, and promo/display share to guide sales and marketing strategies.
**About you**:
To succeed in this role you will have 1.5-2 years of experience in a company environment, ideally in field or marketing, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. With strong time management skills, you excel at delivering high-quality results under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
