**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Zusammenarbeit mit den budgetverantwortlichen Projektmanagern zur Einhaltung der Budgets in Bezug auf Umfang, Qualität und finanzielle KPIs
- Unterstützung der budgetverantwortlichen Projektleiter im Budgetierungs
- und Planungsprozess sowie im Quartalsabschluss und in der Liquiditätsplanung
- Durchführung der monatlichen Berichterstattung sowie von Ad-hoc-Berichten
- Unterstützung der Rechnungsbearbeitung sowie des Vertragsmanagements
- Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Controlling-Instrumenten zur Sicherstellung eines effektiven Controllings von OPEX, CAPEX, Cashflows und Risiken
- Aufbau des Controllingsystems für finanzielle, projektbezogene Positionen und Risiken
**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit ähnlichen Aufgaben in einem operativen Unternehmen
- Erfahrung mit ERP- und BI-Systemen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Excel und idealerweise Kenntnisse in Microsoft D365
- Analytische, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache
