**Your role**:
About Us:
Franka Robotics, a leading robotics company based in Munich, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. At Franka Robotics, we are at the forefront of innovation in the field of robotics, and we're looking for a creative and talented individual to contribute to the design of intuitive and effective User Interfaces for controlling our advanced robotic systems.

**Responsibilities**:
UI Design:

- Develop high-quality **design components** for interfaces tailored for controlling robotic systems.
- Implement **design systems and libraries** **to ensure consistency and usability in the interfaces of our robotic products.
- Craft visually appealing and **user-friendly UI interfaces** that enhance the control and monitoring of robotic functionalities.

UX Design:

- Design **user journeys**, considering the intricacies of human-robot interaction.
- Prepare **clickable prototypes** to support early and fast iterations.
- Conduct **usability testing**, gathering insights to optimize the user experience of controlling robotic systems.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with robotics engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate technical functionalities into intuitive and efficient **design solutions**.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless **integration of UI designs** into our robotic control systems.

Innovation:

- Stay updated on** **industry trends** **related to design and robotics and human-robot interaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UI/UX **design processes**.

**Your experience & qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise in robotic control (or other advanced technology-oriented) interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UI components, design systems, and libraries.
- Experience in prototyping and crafting user interfaces for controlling robotic systems in both web and mobile environments.
- Strong knowledge of user experience principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Education and Experience:

- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the robotics industry.
