Creative Climate Cities (CCC) ist eine Agentur für digitale Stadtentwicklung. Wir begleiten urbane Transformationsprozesse und arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Stadtentwicklung, Digitalisierung, Forschung und Mediendesign.

Wir sind strategische Partner:innen für Kommunen, Stadtwerke und Forschungsinstitute. Wir arbeiten eng mit kommunalen Verwaltungen zusammen und begleiten innovative Pilotprogramme auf Bundes
- und Landesebene.

Wir beraten auf der Basis jahrelanger Praxiserfahrung im Bereich datenbasierte Stadt
- und Quartiersentwicklung zur Erreichung von urbaner Resilienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Diversität.

Unsere Kernkompetenzen sind Prozessdesign, innovative und spielerische Ansätze des Wissenstransfers und agiles Projektmanagement zur kollaborativen Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von strategischen Maßnahmen, um Veränderungsprozesse anzuregen. Wir arbeiten mit vollem Engagement für eine klimafreundliche, inklusive und kreative Stadt der Zukunft.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Standort in Berlin eine/einen **Game Designer:in (in Teilzeit oder auf freiberuflicher Basis) **für kommunale Auftraggeber:innen.

**Stellenbeschreibung**

**Game Designer für digitale Stadtentwicklung & Transformationsprozesse**

**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**
- Konzeption von Spielinhalten, Abläufen und Ergebnisdokumentationen als Baustein ko-kreativer Stadtplanung
- Entwicklung physischer Plan
- und Strategiepiele zur Übersetzung der Ergebnisse in die kommunale Praxis
- Einbringen Deiner kreativen Ideen im Kontext von urbanen Transformationsprozessen
- Implementierung von innovativen Beteiligungsformaten im kommunalen Umfeld - online sowie in Präsenz
- Moderation und Begleitung von ko-kreativen Workshops zur Strategie
- und Maßnahmenentwicklung in urbanen Reallaboren
- Unterstützung im kollaborativen Projektmanagement in Konsortien und mit engagierten Projektmanager:innen, die gern Change Management Prozesse begleiten

**Das bringst Du mit**
- (langjährige) Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von strategischen Planspielen und Gamification Ansätzen im Rahmen von urbanen Strategieprozessen und Change Management Prozessen in Organisationen
- Leidenschaft zur Entwicklung und Koordination von digitalen und analogen Produkten im Bereich Service Design
- exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur Vermittlung von Zielstellungen und Wirkungen von Gamification Ansätzen zur Unterstützung des digitalen (Kultur-)Wandels
- Geschick im Storytelling und Begeisterung für ansprechende Präsentationen um Teilnehmende und Kunden von dem Mehrwert von interaktiven spielerischen Ansätze zu überzeugen
- visuelles Geschick zur Übersetzung von gestalterischen Prinzipien in der Entwicklung von Spielen
- einen Baukasten an Methoden zur Ideengenerierung
- aufgrund Deiner Erfahrung im Projektmanagement/Produktmanagement bist Du ein Organisationstalent, agierst entscheidungsfreudig und proaktiv, um Deadlines und Kundenerwartungen zu erfüllen
- Begeisterung für die Themen wie inklusive Stadtentwicklung, digitale Services und Kreislaufwirtschaft
- Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenzen und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Exzellente Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Digitale Medien, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Games, Games Design, Game Production, UX Design oder vergleichbar
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Diskretion sowie professionelles und diplomatisches Auftreten
- Lust auf ein junges, motiviertes Team
