Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern einer speziellen Disziplin (Data Science) entsprechend den Führungsgrundsätzen und -richtlinien sowie der Bereichsstrategie
- Erarbeitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung einer kontinuierlichen Data Science Vision zusammen mit den Teammitgliedern sowie angrenzenden Teams (z.B. Data Engineering und Data Analytics) abgeleitet aus der Bereichsstrategie
- entsprechende Konzeption, Entwickelung und Bereitstellung zentraler, mehrwertgenerierender Data Engineering Produkte
- Bildung der fachlichen Klammer im Bereich Data Science und Verantwortung für den projektübergreifenden Transfer von Wissen und Kompetenzen sowie Sicherstellung der technologischen und methodischen Aus
- und Weiterbildung der Teammitglieder
- Identifizierung, Aufbau und Verteilung von strategisch relevantem Knowhow
- Management von Mitarbeitenden und Entwicklungsressourcen für den Einsatz in Projekten im Rahmen der vorgegebenen prozessualen Rahmenbedingungen
- Improvement Management: Initiierung von Effizienzmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Prozesse, Methoden und Technologien mit dem Ziel der Kostensenkung im Entwicklungsbereich
- Planung und Koordination des Einsatzes von externen Dienstleistern und Partnern

Ihr Profil
- abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Statistik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Science
- umfassende Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Data Scientist
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz sowie starkes Interesse an der Führung, dem Coaching und der Aus
- und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeitern
- Kenntnisse u.a. in den Bereichen NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning, Remote Sensing, Sentimentanalysen, Big Data
- Know-how in der Entwicklung, Erprobung von neuen Algorithmen sowie Interesse an der Schaffung neuer mehrwertgenerierender Data Science und ML Produkte
- fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeit in agilen Teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) sowie in der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops (Atlassian)
- wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Handeln, verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Ressourcen sowie sehr gute Kommunikations
