You will join an experienced team of developers, designers, and artists in early pre-production where you can assume ownership and enjoy creative freedom.

We offer fully remote, onsite, or a hybrid work model.

**Your Mission**:

- Design, prototype, and implement various gameplay systems using Unreal Engine 5
- Create and manage blueprint scripts used across multiple game systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and help fellow team members track down different issues
- Be an advocate for improvements to tools, best practices and internal pipelines
- Optimize and critique blueprint scripts and usage, assist fellow team members with feature implementation
- Produce and take ownership of design specs, balance spreadsheets, and other game documentation

**Your Skillset**:

- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role in the games industry.
- Deep understanding of the Unreal Engine
- Proficiency with UE Blueprints
- Participation in all relevant phases and stages of the production of at least 1 finished and released video game.
- Knowledge and understanding of game design fundamentals.
- Excellent Math and Logic skills.
- Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- High capacity for teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Self-contained way of working and high level of self-motivation.
- Console game experience, C++ programming ability, and/or multiplayer experience are considered a plus
