Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Assistant (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Bückeburg.

Aufgaben
- Engagierte Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen B2B-Kunden, Kommunikationssprache Englisch & Französisch
- Auftragserfassung, Lieferterminüberwachung, Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Umsetzung der definierten internationalen Vertriebs-und Marketing Strategie
- Koordination von Werbemaßnahmen, Marketingaktionen und VKF-Material
- Überwachung der Verkäufe, Lieferungen, Zahlungen und Listungen
- Erstellung voin Reports, Übersichten und Auswertungen
- Stammdatenpflege und -kontrolle

Qualifikation
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftiches Studium
- zweijährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb/Export oder in der Betreuung von Key Accounts / Großkunden
- Begeisterung für Naturkosmetik und den Bio Handel (nat. & intern.)
- überdurchschnittlich hohe Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- vertriebsorientiertes, analytisches Denkvermögen
- selbstständige, systematische und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- verhandlungssicheres Englisch & Französisch Vorraussetzung, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wünschenswert
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office; Kenntnisse in der JTL Warenwirtschaft von Vorteil
