Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Junior HR Administration Specialist (m/w/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
**A) Personalmarketing**:

- Verwaltung und Pflege der Social Media Kanäle (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Instagram,
- Kununu) sowie des Karriere-Teils der Group-Homepage
- Erstellung der 360° Mitarbeiter-Zeitschrift
- Organisation von Firmenevents

**B) Administration des Schulungsmanagements**:

- Administration und Pflege der iLearn24 Plattform
- Pflege des Winkelmann Academy Katalogs
- Organisation von Schulungen
- Verwaltung des Schulungsmanagements
- Übersetzung von HR-Materialien ins Englische

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Personalkaufmann/-frau von Vorteil) oder erste Berufserfahrungen in der Personalentwicklung, z.B.: Personalreferent / HR Manager / Personalreferent / Recruiter / Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager / Mitarbeiter Büro und Verwaltung / Bürokauffrau / Bürokaufmann / kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
- Sehr großes Interesse am Thema Personalentwicklung
- MS Office Kenntnisse sowie SAP/SAP SF Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gutes Organisationstalent
- Interesse an der Mitgestaltung eines sich dynamisch entwickelnden Bereiches mit starkem Fokus auf den einzelnen Mitarbeiter
- Hohe Eigeninitiative
