**Job Description** Your mission during this flight**:

- You will have the opportunity to grow alongside our dynamic team, shaping a mid-term strategy for our operations area
- You will be responsible for developing and refining job descriptions and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with our organizational goals
- You will serve as a crucial link between management and the entire team, facilitating seamless communication throughout the hiring process

The position is available on a fixed-term contract basis, either as a full-time or part-time opportunity.
**Qualifications** Check in your professional skills**:

- Degree in human resources or related field
- 3-5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Professional
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Get things done mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Experience in recruiting in the production environment is a plus
