Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als **Abteilungsleitung Information Security Management (m/w/d)** für den Standort Berlin.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Fachliche und Disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung
- Berichts-/Informationspflicht an die Bereichsleitung Product Certification & Management Systems
- Prozesspflege und -Optimierung inkl. Dokumentation zum ISMS, Risikomanagement, operativen Datenschutz, Notfallmanagement, CERT- und Schwachstellenmanagement sowie Personal
- und Berechtigungsmanagement
- Verantwortung für das Management von internen und externen ISO 27001 Audits sowie internen, technischen Audits (PEN-Tests, Schwachstellenscans)
- Definition und Reporting von KPIs an verschiedene interne & externe Stakeholder
- Verfolgung, Analyse und Interpretation betreffender Normen, Standards und Gesetze sowie vertragliche Kundenanforderungen im Kontext Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz
- Erstellung von und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von technischer Sicherheitsdokumentation (z. B. Sicherheitskonzepte, Berechtigungskonzepte, etc.)
- Evaluierung und Durchführung von Tests von vorhandenen und neuen Technologien und Bewertung hinsichtlich der technischen Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Koordination und Steuerung der Behandlung von Abweichungen und Security Incidents
- Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Workshops, Audits und Schulungen
- Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Security Monitorings zur Früherkennung und Behandlung von sicherheitsrelevanten Ereignissen

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatik Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Informationssicherheit
- Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Starke Motivation, Begeisterung und Affinität für Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Managementsysteme in der Informationssicherheit (z. B. ISO 27001, COBIT) und für Prozesse und Security Technologien im IT- und Informationssicherheitsumfeld
- Konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Lern
- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft für neue Lösungen und Verfahren
