**Duties**:
Incumbent serves as administrative manager and coordinator for the Facility Mgt. Office and performs procurement functions under the simplified acquisition procedures (up to USD 100,000.00) for the Facility section, to include market surveys, requests for quotations, handling of petty cash actions, and preparing purchase orders for maintenance and repair services. Maintains data entries in the OBO GMMS program, maintains spreadsheets for building operation costs. Analyzes utility cost and prepares reports. Maintains building records and building and construction documentation.

EXPERIENCE:
Two years of work experience in a business environment are required.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. Successful completion of apprenticeship in a business trade or craft trade is required.
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: English good working knowledge (speaking/reading/writing) and German fluent (speaking/reading/writing) is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have a local driver's license, class B.
