**About the venture (stealth)**
We are building** a consumer venture on a mission to reboot food consumption imperatives** beyond unique taste while enabling a healthy diet for everyone.
To succeed in this mission, we are looking to bring onboard a **Co-Founder with a commercial and operations focus. **You will be **joining another Co-Founder with extensive brand building experience in the food industry.**
The venture's headquarters will be based in Berlin or Cologne.
**Your mission**
As Co-Founders you will be building a new venture from scratch with access to funding, operational support, and network from the FoodLabs ecosystem. This is your opportunity to experience what it takes to start a business and **build a category-leading consumer brand.**
- **
Build your own venture**: You’ll be on the founding team of a new consumer brand startup - that means building the product, hiring a team, and setting up the organisation from the ground up alongside your Co-Founder.
- ** Sales**: Develop and implement a B2C sales strategy that will help grow the e-commerce business from the start and establish a strong, category-defining consumer love brand.
- ** Performance Marketing**: Design, strategize, and execute all aspects of marketing efforts across all channels whilst continuously improving performance through experimentation and testing.
- ** Partnerships**: Set up and maintain relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders within the food and retail industry.
- ** Culture**: Collectively build a strong company culture that promotes integrity, creativity and customer brand obsession.
- An unwavering entrepreneurial drive paired with curiosity and boldness, with a passion for building and scaling successful companies.
- Daily resilience paired with a strong ambition to create something generational.
- Proven track record in driving and managing B2C sales growth across multiple channels, incl. retail.
- Proven experience in product marketing with a D2C brand and organic growth hacking, understanding customer insights and marketing ROI.
- Experience in paid socials and influencer marketing.
- Good understanding of financial know-how and ability to work analytically (i.e., budgeting,sales forecasting, pricing and sales analytics, performance marketing KPIs).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to build structures and processes and set the right priorities.
- Strong negotiation skills to win the best deals and partnerships.
