Deine Aufgaben
- Take responsibility: Du verantwortest die einheitliche Umsetzung der neuen Markenstrategie auf sämtlichen Ebenen und hast ein gutes Gespür für Design
- Socializing: Mit Priorität entwickelst du für den Bereich Social Media mit deinem Team neue Konzepte und setzt diese mit Enthusiasmus um
- Mit Pioniergeist sorgst du für eine langfristige und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Marke
- Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachlich Führung des Marketing-, Grafik
- und Content-Teams (5 MA)
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Marketingaktivitäten im Bereich B2C und B2B
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of E-Commerce zusammen, sodass Marke und Conversion ein Team werden
- Was haben Andere, was wir nicht haben? Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs
- und Zielgruppenanalysen durch und kümmerst dich um die Übersetzung von relevanten Insights in Aktivitäten
- Du bleibst nicht gerne auf der Stelle stehen? Wir auch nicht Daher sorgst du für eine stetige Prozessoptimierung und verantwortest das Projektmanagement
- Mit deinem Knowhow planst du Produktneueinführungen und führst diese durch
- Du hast die Budgetverantwortung und reportest diese an die Geschäftsleitung

Deine Qualifikationen
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing? Check Dein Knowhow überzeugt
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Brand Management oder Marketing, vorzugsweise im Bereich Social Media oder bist selber erfolgreicher Influencer mit entsprechendem Knowhow
- Du kannst ein Team führen und weißt worauf es bei einer guten Führungskraft ankommt
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Sportnahrung/Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind von Vorteil
- Ein sehr guter Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud und MS Office (insbes. Excel) ist bei dir selbstverständlich
- Deine Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung rundet dein Profil ab
- Du besitzt eine herausragende Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du als Typ? Hands-On, konzeptionell unterwegs, kommunikationsstark, organisiert und voller Ideen - was auch sonst?
