To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, in Wiesbaden or in our Amsterdam office we are currently looking to recruit a
**Team Lead Application Management Services (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Work with the IT leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources, including budget.
- Work with key stakeholders to measure and prioritize technical debt remediation.
- Establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by the team.
- Support periodic reviews by audit teams, compliance teams and other risk-related functions as required.
- Improve IT resilience by executing strategies that improve reliability, tolerability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with your direct reports to support their career progression and assist them in realizing their potential.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Master-s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Several years of experience in IT or business/industry
- First experience with leadership responsibilities, including strategic execution
- Leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate a team vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the IT and business strategy
- Strong business acumen, including industry and domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
- Willingness to self-assess and solicit feedback from others to improve performance
- Delivery of hybrid working excellence to improve customer and user experiences
- Development of governance practices to track and measure the quality of services and maintain service improvement plans
