Responsabilités:
Als **Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner **sind Sie verantwortlich für das weltweite Controlling des Vertriebsbereichs der Bruker BioSpin Gruppe. Gemeinsam mit dem Divisional Finance Business Partnern sind Sie verantwortlich für die Unterstützung des Bereichsmanagements und für die Analyse und Bereitstellung geeigneter Daten zur Formulierung operativer und strategischer Ziele sowie für die Planung und Erfolgsmessung
- Erstellung des wöchentlichen und monatlichen Berichtswesens für den Bereich Sales
- Konzeption und Reporting von Key Performance Indicators sowie das Nachhalten strategischer Planmaßnahmen
- Optimierung von Systemen und Prozessen zur Ermittlung und Prognose weltweiter Auftragseingänge. Erstellung von Reports, Abweichungsanalysen und Forecasts nach Produkt, Region und Marktsegment
- Reporting weltweiter divisionaler Umsatzzahlen und Konsolidierung von Umsatzforecasts nach Produkt, Region und Marktsegment. Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Forecast-Genauigkeit
- Kontrolle der Einhaltung der weltweiten Pricing
- und Discount-Policy. Aktualisierung von Preislisten und Erstellung rollierender Abweichungsanalysen und Ergebniskontrollen
- Unterstützung von Freigabe
- und Reporting-Prozessen zur Steuerung und Überwachung der weltweiten Kosten für Messeteilnahmen, Marketing-Maßnahmen und Neueinstellungen
- Unterstützung betriebswirtschaftlicher Sonderprojekte im Bereich Sales

Qualifications:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling eines international tätigen Unternehmens mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebscontrolling
- MS-Office
- SAP FI/CO
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denken und Geschäftssinn
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit parallele Aktivitäten zu priorisieren und voranzutreiben
- Belastbarkeit und Einsatzfreude
- Teamplayer
- Englischkenntnisse B2
