**Technical Project Leader (M/F/d) Acoustics/Audio**.
- Technical lead of the design of microphone and e-call modules
- Technical lead of the design of combined microphone and loudspeaker boxes for hands free telephony
- Review and evaluation of technical solutions based on customer requirements or finding alternatives
- During RFQ: review of technical customer requirements, discussion with customer and colleagues of the different metier's potential technical solutions and presenting technical solution in front of customer
- In charge of the robust and cost optimized design in line to meet the quality targets
- Identification of the needed work packages and deliverables of the metier contributers like hardware, software, mechanical design and acoustics
- Establishing internal specifications for the different metiers (hardware, mechanics, software)
- Calling for all necessary design reviews
- Representing the R&D function at the customer
- Reporting and escalating to the project manager or R&D manager as needed
- Responsibility for delivery of DFMEA
- Contributing to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
- Establishing detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones
- Following activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget
- Good knowledge of automotive development standards and processes
- Good knowledge of technical acoustics, microphones, loudspeaker technology and testing in acoustics
- Basic knowledge of audio digital signal processing and room acoustics
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics as well as mechanics and its audio impact
