**Job purpose/role**
You will work in the Global Financial Control function of AIM and will lead the global investment analytics community. In this role, you will be in close contact with the local OEs as well as the AIM Global functions to understand the business requirements related to investment analytics and performance measurement. You will lead strategic projects in close interaction with top management and IDS (Investment Data Services). You will gain a great insight into our investment process by leveraging comprehensive investment data into powerful portfolio intelligence for investment decisions.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead & coordinate the global investment analytics community
- Prepare, explain & present investment results, performance & ESG data to top management
- Be part of the analyst presentation & annual shareholder meeting expert group
- Drive lifecycle management for alternative assets from an investment analytics perspective
- Understand the internal and external requirements relating to investment data
- Develop further analytical tools to support investment decisions under consideration of risk/return profiles
- Define Data Quality Management processes, including data quality assessment and re-mediation.
- Cover an alternatives asset class throughout the whole investment value chain and support our investment strategy by successfully implementing new strategies

**Key requirements / Skills / Experience**
- Working experience 10 years in data, investment, risk or asset management
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Strong team player
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize to the point
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially XLS and PPT)
- Good university degree in business administration, economics or mathematics

Desired: Project mangement experience and first steps in ledership or preparation for leadership experience (e.g. successful ignite lead participation)
