**Mina Dishwasher**
**Mina** is an Asian inspired **All-Day Fast Casual Restaurant** launched in Berlin, Germany. We believe in cool vibes and **“Good Earth”** principles.
Our menu is primarily focused on three areas**:Baos**, a Taiwanese steam bun, that we fill with the diverse flavors of Asia; An assortment of **Greens** with an Asian twist, and lastly; **Soft Serve**, our small-batch ice cream blends that are free of dairy, soy, and any additives/preservatives.
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to work with us as part of our kitchen.
**Your job responsibilities will be**:
- Helping in unloading food deliveries and placing them in their respective locations
- Cleaning the kitchen stations at all times
- Washing of all service items
- Stocking the food items properly in dry and cold storage
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Collecting dirt and debris at regular intervals
- Sanitizing the kitchen utensils and plates
- Maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen and all its stations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
