**Head of Chemical and Physical Lab (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Chem. und phys. Qualitätskontrolle von Fertigprodukten, Zwischenprodukten, Hilfsstoffen, Betriebschemikalien und Verpackungsmaterialien sowie die Freigabe von Fertigprodukten
- Betreuung der werkseigenen Wasser
- und Abwasseranalytik
- Durchführung von chem. und phys. Prüfungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung des Prüfumfangs und der Prüfmethoden
- Fachliche Beratung innerhalb der GELITA Gruppe
- Mitarbeit bei der Harmonisierung und Verbesserung der chem. und physikalischen Analysemethoden
- Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems, Durchführung von internen und externen Audits sowie von weltweiten Monitoring-Tests
- Veranlassung von externen Untersuchungen für spezielle Fragestellungen
- Mitarbeit in Fachgremien nationaler und internationaler Verbände oder Organisationen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmittelchemie (M. Sc.), Chemie (M. Sc) oder vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit chemisch/physikalischem Bezug
- 3 Jahre plus Führungserfahrung
- Tiefe methodische Kenntnisse zu chem. phys. Qualitätsprüfungsverfahren im Bereich der Lebensmittelchemie und Pharmazie
- Hohes Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen sowie gutes Verständnis für die Herstellungsprozesse in der Gelatineherstellung
- Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und großer Anspruch an Genauigkeit
- Teamplayer Mentalität
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
