Ihr Profil- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Industrial Engineering, Produktionstechnik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre) im Bereich Projektmanagement und Prozessoptimierung, Stakeholdermanagement sowie in der Führung und Motivierung eines Teams- Sie haben Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Produktion, Supply Chain und Qualität und haben somit ein prinzipielles Verständnis der abteilungsbezogenen Prozesse und Zusammenhänge- Sie bewahren in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf, es fällt Ihnen leicht Priorisierungen vorzunehmen und Sie beherrschen ein konsequentes Zeitmanagement- Sie können sich auf ständig ändernde Anforderungen einlassen und diese mit Ihrer hands-on Mentalität pragmatisch und strukturiert umzusetzen- Sie konnten bereits Erfahrungen mit Kundenkommunikation sammeln und haben ein gewisses Verhandlungsgeschick, um unternehmensbezogene Ziele bestmöglich umzusetzen und darzustellen- Sie haben Erfahrung und Spaß an der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Top-Management und sind es gewohnt, Arbeitsstände und Ergebnisse zu präsentieren- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch
