**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Leadership**: Organize and lead the Envipco Engineering team, providing clear project goals, timelines, and resources.
- ** Project Management**: Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scopes, start and end dates, and allocate resources efficiently.
- ** Process Definition**: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline work processes, enhancing clarity and accountability within the team.
- ** Team Development**: Manage employee salaries and career plans, fostering an environment for continuous improvement and growth.
- ** Alignment with Corporate Goals**: Align individual career goals with corporate objectives, ensuring both employee and company success.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive enhancements in team architecture, tools, and product development processes for increased speed and efficiency.
- ** Effective Communication**: Regularly update the CTO on key issues related to people, products, and processes with concise and prudent communication.
- ** Technical Oversight**: Review the technical work of the Engineering team, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and driving product excellence.
- ** Product Validation**: Ensure thorough validation testing to guarantee that products meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional value.
**Profile**:
- ** Education**: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- ** Business Leadership**: Professional training in business and leadership; MBA preferred.
- ** Experience**: Several years of experience in product development, project leadership, and people leadership.
- ** Expertise**: Wide knowledge of current best practices in product development methodologies and processes.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a positive and motivating attitude.
- ** Self-Motivation**: A self-motivated, driven, and accountable leader who excels in a team-oriented environment.
- ** Language Skills**: Excellent English language skills required; additional proficiency in German, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Dutch, or Norwegian is highly appreciated.
