Im Verein und den Tochtergesellschaften sind insgesamt mehr als 500 Kolleg*innen beschäftigt. Der FC St. Pauli von 1910 e.V. als dein zukünftiger Arbeitgeber ist mitgliedergeführt und verantwortet mit seinen ca. 350 Mitarbeitenden den Amateur
- und Profisport, die Verwaltung, den Betrieb, die Kommunikation und weitere Kernthemen des Vereins.

**Deine Rolle**:
Du hast tolle Ideen und erdenkst und gestaltest Video-Content für den FC St. Pauli in den Bereichen Digital, Social Media und Club-TV.
Du übernimmst das Projekt-Management für Video-Partnerformate - von der Ideensammlung bis hin zur Produktion. Sprich Du konzipierst, stimmst diese Konzepte intern und extern ab, inszenierst, drehst und schneidest kleine Projekte selbst und leitest gelassen auch große Produktionen - immer mit Blick auf Usability und Machbarkeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Bewegtbild-Content für Partner*innen
- Konzeption, tlw. Kamera, Schnitt
- Umsetzung von Club-TV-Produkten
- Producing und Ansprechpartner*in für externe Zulieferer und deren Koordination
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Bewegtbildformate
- Unterstützung, Zusammenarbeit und Anleitung von Kolleg*innen im Bereich Medien und Social Media

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium im Bereich Medienproduktion (z.B. Kamera, Regie, Producer*in) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung und Entwicklung von Video/Filmformaten
- Hohes filmtechnisches und filmästhetisches Verständnis
- Kreativität
- Gute Kenntnisse in Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Sesam, Fuzzlecheck
- Hervorragendes Verständnis für (Marken-)Kommunikation im B2B- und B2C-Bereich
- Affinität und Kenntnisse des FC St. Pauli und von Fußball im Generellen
- Identifikation mit den Werten unseres Vereins und unserer Zusammenarbeit
