Wir suchen einen neuen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für den Bereich Front-End Entwicklung, der/die uns dabei unterstützt unseren Weiterbildungsteilnehmern Grundkonzepte der Softwareentwicklung beizubringen (75% Lehre) und unsere eigene Software weiterzuentwickeln (25% Development).

**Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Du hilfst dabei, Programmieranfänger online zu Softwareentwicklern weiterzubilden, die bereit für ihren ersten Job in der IT sind
- Du baust zusammen mit unserem Team neue Programme und Qualifizierungen für Softwareentwickler auf und optimierst bestehende Programme
- Für die Kommunikation mit unserem Team und unseren Teilnehmern nutzt du Zoom, Slack und andere digitale Tools

**Stellenanforderungen**:

- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Web-Technologien (ins. HTML, CSS und JavaScript)
- Erste Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau
- Du hast Freude daran, dein Wissen & deine Erfahrung an Programmieranfänger weiterzugeben
- Du hast Lust in einem Startup Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Menschen in ihrer Weiterentwicklung zu unterstützen
- Teaching
- Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Optional:

- Erfahrung mit einem JS-Web-Framework (Angular, React, Vue) ist ein Plus
- Eine technische oder pädagogische Ausbildung ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung mit weiteren Programmiersprachen oder im Backend
