**Duties**:
**DUTY 1**:Develops and manages the 693d ISR Group Intelligence Engagement and Military to Military Contact Programs.

**DUTY 2**:Coordinate 693d ISRG Group Operations. Establishes and implements policy and guidance for the employment and assessment of intelligence collection, tasking, processing, exploitation and dissemination activities for Distributed Ground Station Four (DGS-4).

**DUTY 3**: Administers the 693d ISR Group Military-to-Military Contact program. Proposes, plans and schedules events with partner nations within the 693d ISR Group area of responsibility.

**DUTY 4**:Administers the 693d ISR Group's Foreign Disclosure program. Serves as the 693d ISR Group's primary point of contact for foreign disclosure policy & procedures and serves as the primary 693d ISR Group Foreign Disclosure POC for real-world and exercise requirements.

- U.S. Citizenship Required
- All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
- Position is designated special-sensitive, incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
- Travel and relocation expenses WILL BE PAID in accordance with the JTR AND AFMAN 36-606.
- Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guide
- This position has been designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
- Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Employee must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing guidance and direction to Wing Command and Control personnel and group and unit commanders for crisis management, operational mission employment, sustainment, and operational support.
- Work will require short-term CONUS or OCONUS travel away from the normal duty station. Travel may include transportation via military aircraft or vehicles.
- This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Laufenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position.

- These positions are in the excepted service authorized by Title 10 U.S.C. and covered by the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS.) The employee must also sign a Statement of Understanding prior to occupying a DCIPS position.
- This position is emergency-essential. In the event of a crisis situation, the incumbent, or designated alternate, must continue to perform the Emergency-Essential duties until relieved by proper authority.
- The incumbent or the designated alternate may be required to take part in readiness exercises.
- This position cannot be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization without seriously impairing the capability of the organization to function effectively.
- This meets the criteria of an Emergency-Essential position and requires that the incumbent, or the designated alternate, be removed from any military recall status. Employee must sign DD Form 2365 as a condition of employment.

**Qualifications**:

- In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
- This is a GG-13 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-13duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the 13-grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.**SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE**:Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position.
