For our Continuous Imrpovement Team in Hilter we are currently searching for a **Admin Industrial Operations - Continuous Improvement Specialist**

**Main activities / tasks**:

- Implementation of projects to improve the technical status and organizational processes with the help of methods from the continuous improvement program - Analyzing key line figures to determine potential for improvement
- Carrying out and implementing independent maintenance on the systems and the 5S concept in all areas
- Creating standards for cleaning, inspection, lubrication and conversion plans
- Creation and implementation of training courses - Conducting internal audits in the area of 5S, health checks and team meeting

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Completed technical apprenticeship or comparable apprenticeship in the food sector is preferred
- Knowledge of packaging and processes
- Experience in the independent implementation and organization of smaller projects
- Knowledge and experience in the area of continuous process improvement
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Commitment and flexibility
- High awareness of hygiene and quality
- Willingness to undergo further training within the company
