Als **Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist **bei Boels Rental in Willich bist du der Hauptansprechpartner für alles, was mit C&B zu tun hat Ziel dieser Position ist es, ein zukunftssicheres Leistungspaket und eine zukunftssichere Vergütungspolitik für die gesamte Boels-Organisation in ganz Europa sicherzustellen. Du kümmerst dich um Stellenbewertungen, interne Mobilität, jährliche Gehaltsniveaus/Überprüfungen und Bonusvoraussetzungen. **Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards und/oder Personalcontrolling in einem multinationalen Unternehmen
- Erfahrungen mit Stellenbewertungen und in der konzeptionellen (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Optimierung internationaler Vergütungssysteme
- Überzeugende Projektmanagement-Skills, idealerweise mit multinationalen Projekten
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, eine systematische eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Das Wichtigste ist deine persönliche Einstellung: Als interkulturell erfahrener Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationskompetenz (fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch) bist du unsere Idealbesetzung
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, zu Beginn 1-2 Tage pro Woche in Sittard (NL) von unserem internationalen Hauptsitz aus zu arbeiten; nach der Einarbeitung gerne von zu Hause aus (Remote) und im Office in Willich
