Für einen expandierenden Hörbuchverlag suchen wir einen erfahrenen Acquisitions Editor (m/w/d)

**Ihre spannende Mission**:

- Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des profitablen Hörbuchprogramms
- Akquise von relevanten Audio-Content Lizenzen
- Planung für Vertrieb und Forecasts
- Netzwerkarbeit und Projektmanagement
- Titelpräsentation im Handel, Marketing und Werbemaßnahmen
- Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen national und international zur Unterstützung globaler Verlagsstrategien und weltweiter Rechte

**Ihr Background**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lizenzumfeld, Audio wünschenswert
- Geübt im Umgang mit Medienrechten
- Vernetzt in der deutschsprachigen Verlagswelt
- Erfahrung in Programmarbeit wünschenswert
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in der Verlags
- oder Medienbranche
