**Category Lead / Strategischer Einkäufer - Warengruppe Textil (m/w/d)**

**Die Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines Multi-Channel-fähigen Sortiments auf Basis der verabschiedeten Strategie für die Bereiche Marke und Eigenmarke Textil
- Verantwortung für die gesamte Steuerung und Entwicklung des Supplier Portfolios
- Stetige Analyse aller relevanter Einkaufs KPI´s der jeweiligen Warengruppe
- Markt
- und Konkurrenzbeobachtung
- Messe
- und Lieferantenbesuche
- Vertrags
- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
- Überwachung der Kosten
- und Umsatzentwicklung
- Begleitung übergreifender strategischer Einkaufsentscheidungen
- Verantwortung der Ordermengen im Rahmen der OTB
- Budget
- und Lieferantenplanung
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Category Teams

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung im Einkauf eines Handelsunternehmens
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Spaß an der Gestaltung von Sortimenten und Prozessen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit sich schnell in komplexe Abläufe hineinzudenken
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
