**Learning Experience & Technology Specialist (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Sie unterstützen beim Troubleshooting von LMS für Schulungsadministratoren und Lernende
- Sie überprüfen und überwachen die Systemleistung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung sowie die Verwaltung des Systems, einschließlich Software-Updates, Freigaben und Schnittstellen
- Sie arbeiten mit dem technischen Berater für Lehrveranstaltungen und den Lehrveranstaltungsdesignern zusammen, um technische Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Zugang und den Inhalten zu beheben und zu lösen
- Sie unterstützen bei Datenmigrationen, Tests und Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung und externen Anbietern bei der Behebung von Systemproblemen sowie bei der Entwicklung von Verfahren
- Sie erstellen Standard
- und Ad-hoc-Berichte und Analyse der LMS-Nutzung
- Sie unterstützen Schulungsleiter und Learning Experience Designer bei der Erstellung von Schulungselementen, Lehrplänen, Programmen, Bewertungen, Umfragen und Berichten
- Sie verwalten die Global LMS Training Administrator Community
- Sie ermöglichen den Qualifizierungs
- und Zugangsprozess für LMS-Schulungsadministratoren

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT Umfeld
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung oder konnten bereits Erfahrung in erziehungswissenschaftlichen Berufen mit Schwerpunkt Erwachsenenbildung sammeln
- Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Support
- und Servicefunktion
- Sie kennen sich mit Articulate 360, SCORM & AICC sowie HTML aus
- Außerdem haben Sie Kenntnisse in LMS Administration & Troubleshooting und SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut
