**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**

You will:

- be supporting the hiring requirements for SAP in Germany as a member of the Talent Discovery team for Go-to-market and Corporate Functions.
- have full accountability of the hiring process end-to-end process, in order to fill vacancies against time, quality and service demands.
- successfully negotiate salary packages and complete the hire process with Works council involvement.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- First experience in a recruitment agency and/or in recruitment in an international company is required.
- Good experience in direct sourcing activities and with social media tools.
- Business acumen and ability to guide hiring managers through the hiring process.
- First experience in stakeholder management and good advisory skills.
- First experience in competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices is mandatory.
- Project coordination or project management experience is a plus.
- Process-orientation and accuracy.
- Very good communication skills in German and English are mandatory.
- You are proactive, a team player and have a can-do mentality.
