JOB TITLE (m/w/d)
**aufgaben und verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Personalführung, Personalbedarfs
- und Einsatzplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorarbeitern für den Bereich EX-W
- Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen (u.a. Feedbackgespräche oder Disziplinargespräche)
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erreichung der vorgegebenen Produktionsmengen
- Planung und Betreuung von geplanten Reparaturmaßnahmen und Shut-Downs
- Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich (optimaler und wirtschaftlicher Einsatz von Mensch, Material und Maschine sowie Initiieren und Fördern von Aktivitäten zur stetigen Verbesserung)
- Prüfung, Planung und Durchführung mit abschließender Dokumentation bestehender Prozesse und des Materialflusses entsprechend der etablierten Vorschriften
- Leitung des DEC und WPO Deployment Teams und aktive Unterstützung von Plant Optimization
- Unfallanalyse im Bereich EX-W in Zusammenarbeit mit ASI-W
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsanlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Zulieferern
- Fokussierung auf die Analyse der Trenddaten und die daraus resultierend Abstimmung und Einleitung bzw. Durchführung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Projekten
- Erstellung von Richtlinien (OVA/OPL etc.) in Bezug auf Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit, Ergonomie und Umweltschutz sowie das Auditieren von deren Einhaltung
- Beurteilung der eingereichten Verbesserungsvorschläge sowie Einleitung und Überwachung der Abarbeitung
- Projektleitung und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Einführung von neuem Equipment und Betriebsmitteln
**Kompetenzen**:
- Ingenieurausbildung oder Techniker bzw. Industriemeister (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts
- und Umweltschutzbestimmungen, der Maschinen und Prozesse, von Problemlösungstechniken und in der Anwendung von EDV-Systemen
- Sehr gute Fähigkeit zur Teamführung mit kooperativem Führungsstil
- Vorbildfunktion und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsdenken
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und Statistik
