**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**
- Erstellen vielfältiger Multimedia-Assets und -Materialien für verschiedene interne Kommunikationsaktivitäten, Kanäle und Veranstaltungen.
- Aktiv die interne Kommunikation der SAP-IT-Organisation Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) unterstützen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kommunikationskolleginnen und Kollegen des Business-Operations-Teams in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie.
- Einblicke in den Umfang der Arbeit in einer der weltweit führenden IT-Organisationen bekommen.
- Mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen aus der ganzen Welt in Bezug auf Kommunikation und Projektmanagement zusammenarbeiten, um den vollen Umfang der Themenschwerpunkte von IES zu verstehen.
- Durchführung von Recherchen und Vorbereitung von Kommunikationsmaterialien für das Team und die IES-Organisation, um den kulturellen Wandel und Transformation zu beschleunigen.

Diese Studierendenposition richtet sich an jemanden mit Interesse an der Vorbereitung verschiedener Arten von geschäftsbezogenem Input sowie von verschiedenen Kommunikationsmaterialien wie Multimedia-Grafiken, Brand Guidelines, Event-Trailern usw. für den internen Gebrauch.

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Bevorzugte Studiengebiete: Marketing / Kommunikation / Medien oder verwandte Fachgebiete in Geisteswissenschaften
- Computerkenntnisse: Office 365 (Fortgeschritten)
- Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch und Deutsch fließend
- Multimedia-Kenntnisse: Adobe Creative Suite (Grund-/ Mittlere Kenntnisse)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Soft Skills: Teamplayer, enthusiastisch, aufgeschlossen, kundenorientiert, kommunikativ, zielstrebig, zuverlässig
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Social Media Management, Corporate Branding Erfahrung; Wissen über die neuesten Trends in der Informationstechnologie und erste Erfahrung mit Marketing, Markenentwicklung sind ein Plus.

Das Intelligent Enterprise Solutions Business Operations Team unterstützt den Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) der SAP und andere Teams in unserer Organisation mit über 4.000 Mitarbeitenden.
